What is your return policy?
I accept returns minus shipping charges. Buyer pays return shipping price. The exception would be if your product was grossly misrepresented, then I would pay the shipping costs for return.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Ideally, I will ship your order within one business day of receiving cleared payment. In the unforeseen occurence that I cannot ship within one business day, I will email you immediately and let you know why. Pillows that are stuffed after bidding is ended, should be shipped within 3 business days.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you have a custom popo you would like made, please email me with the fabric you would like me to use. If I have it, or can purchase it, I will email you with a final cost. If you would like a custom popo made, I will create a special listing just for you!
What type of home is my item being stored in?
Great question!!! We are a smoke-free, baby-proofed wonderful household! I have 2 cats that do NOT come indoors and one 7 1/2 year old rescue Neopolitan Mastiff, who lives under my dining room table (meaning, she is not allowed in my office/sewing room; EVER). If you are still concerned please let me know. Thank you!!!
Do you combine shipping?
Absolutely! If you purchase multiple items in a 7 day period, please let me know you would like combined shipping. For very large orders, I will look for the least expensive shipping method for you, even if it is not listed in the Auction (I typically use USPS). One payment must be made to receive combined shipping.
:What type of fabric and thread do you use to create my popo?
I use high quality fabric and many vintage fabrics and linens. Each listing will let you know if your item is crafted from vintage fabrics or if I have personally washed the item myself. I use quality co-ordinating Mettler thread to sew all popos, unless noted.
